Natural beauty is a hard thing to find nowadays. The only reason it is so hard to find is that too many women buy into the glam of hollywood which is typically full of fakes and phoneys, the farthest thing from natural beauty. So what were doing here today is laying out some simple ideas that will help bring out your natural beauty.

We’ll start with the basics. This is something that will not only help bring out your natural beauty, but help you feel healthier as well. And its as simple as drinking a total of 8 glasses of water, with each glass being at a minimum of 8 ounces. You need to do this every day. I would say to shoot for 10 glasses, but you definitely dont want to over do it. It will also help if you drink purified water, as the better the water the better the results.

This next tip is something you probably do everyday and dont even give a second though to. Im talking about putting on your makeup. Now whats wrong with makeup I hear you asking. Well, for starters, have you ever actually read whats in your makeup? Most makeup is loaded with all sorts of chemicals that can damage your skin, or at the very least clog up your pores. This tip could be the hardest one of them all, but try to wear little to no makeup. You will notice a difference.

Another tip that may or may not be in your control is how much sleep you get. If there is anyway that you can pull it off, go to bed as early as possible. The more sleep you get before midnight, the better. I know that sometimes you just cant do it, we all have lives and things going on, but this little tip will give you more energy and help you wake up feeling refreshed. When you are relaxed and at full capacity, it will show in your eyes and in your smile.

One last tip I’ll leave you with doesnt need a whole lot of explanation, and you probably have heard it many times. But exercise really is that important. You’ll want to create a simple workout routine, nothing to crazy to start off with at least. A good example of something simple would be going on a walk everyday. Just start somewhere. It would also be best to consult with your doctor as well before you get started. He may recommend
