How to Enjoy a Hot Tub on the 4th of July in New England

Many New Englanders tend to not think about their hot tub during the summer months, but increasingly, many are discovering the joy of late night hot tub use in the height of summer. The rising steam keeps out the insects, and the mild hot water chases away the chills inherent in midsummer nights. Increasingly, this has led to the use of them at parties on the 4th of July, since the warm water will negate a lot of the annoyances of a 4th of July cookout.

Modern hot tub designs are intended to revolve around a party mind-set, and are a sharp departure from the hot tubs of old that required care and babying. Modern hot tubs, even used ones from a few years ago, are designed to be used in light of food and drink. Most have cup holders or trays for food, and modern hot tub filters are designed to deal with crumbs and spills, although whole hot dogs and hamburgers should be fished out immediately. As such, anyone looking to make their Fourth of July cookout a night to remember should think about incorporating their hot tub, or using the party to unveil a new or used hot tub they have just purchased.
