Think thin! This motto has become very popular nowadays. Dozens of books, TV shows, magazines are talking about diets. Is it good or bad? Is it effective? Which one should I choose? We suggest you 10 most popular diets all over the world.

Diet number10 - "Rosemary Conley's Hip and Thigh Diet". It's a healthy diet being low in fat. Fruits, vegetables, starchy foods and smaller amounts of low-fat milk are the main things in this diet. Rosemary Conley also promotes exercise, which makes her diet unique and more effective.

Supplements are in 9-th place. It seems very simple to buy a product which says: "will burn fat", "boosts your metabolism", "help curb your appetite" and things like that. Read carefully what it says and you'll see that in most cases it actually is too good to be true. Moreover, it is very unhealthy and instead of making you feel better can only make the situation worse.

"Low fat" diet is eight. It's a simple one there all fat products are strictly limited or severely forbidden. If you can't live without chocolate, crisps, chips, cheese, mayonnaise and other fat products - this one is not for you.

7-th is "Weight Watchers" diet. It is based on a point system. Every meal has some points and you have to eat a certain number of them per day. The number depends on the weight you want to lose. "Weight Watchers" is rather healthy, but be ready to feel hunger.

The sixth popular diet is food combining. Certain foods should not be eaten at the same meal because it interferes with proper digestion. It's very hard to combine those meals therefore this diet is hard to be kept on. Moreover, it is not 100% healthy.

Fifth place is occupied by detox diets. Organic fruit, vegetables, juices, herbal teas, rice and dozens of water should be your ration. It'll definitely satisfy your hunger, but may affect your health in a bad way.

Meal replacements are in the fourth place. Theory is to replace two meals per day so that you cut back on your total calorie intake and lose weight. It's easy to fallow this diet because your hunger is satisfied and you don't have to pay too much attention to what you are eating, but it's not very healthy.

The GI diet is third. It's hard to understand why this diet is so popular because it's extremely unhealthy, hard to be kept on because you should feel hunger almost all the time and it is very expensive for you have to use a lot of supplements. Of course you lose weight very fast, but as soon as you stop the diet it grows back even faster.

Second one is The Atkins diet. This diet severely restricts such products as bread, potatoes, rice, chocolate, cereals, sugar and other ones that have carbohydrates. Instead you have to eat meat, cheese, fish, butter, eggs and other high protein food.

The most popular diet is "Slimming world". While keeping to this diet you have to balance between green days when you eat fruit and vegetables and original days when you eat meal products. This diet is rather easy to keep on and healthy enough.
