The advancement of technology though has brought lots of ease into our life but this has separated us from our social life and this thing eventually results in depression.
Depression has various forms but some of the main reasons behind it are just the economic pressures, daily work load, social tensions and others.
Having depression is not a very unique mental problem which you should hide from others so you should try to discuss your problems with other as may be they could help you out in that regard.
