Want to Minimise SKIN AGEING?

Every one of us is aware of the fact that the main reason behind us being similar to our parents is the inherited genes within us.

But hardly anyone of us is aware of the fact that genes are not responsible for development of ageing signs in our body. Dr. Jeanine B. Downie, dermatologist at the American board of Dermatology has recently revealed this very fact.

According to her external factors are the main reasons for the development of ageing signs which includes sources like drinking less water, increased exposure to sun, smoking & stress.

Dr. Downie has advised some of the ways by which one can minimize skin ageing. Skin Cancer Foundation has conducted a survey which has revealed that 40% of the adults in America don’t use a sunscreen while venturing out of their homes.

According to Dr. Downie this practice is very bad as this has an adverse impact on the skin and is the common cause of skin ageing. Further she mentions that irrespective of what ethnicity one belongs to or what weather condition is at a present place one should apply a sunscreen with at least SPF 15. Regular use of a sunscreen works wonders and helps prevent skin ageing.

Use of antioxidants has also been recommended by Dr. Downie. She has been working with manufacturing division of Revaléskin and advices that in order to get rid of all the problems of skin ageing one can have an antioxidant massage each day accompanied by sunscreen after that on top of the antioxidant.

Revaléskin belongs contains CoffeeBerry which is a very powerful antioxidant which protects from having wrinkles and lines which are signs of skin ageing. Antioxidants in the form of CoffeeBerry minimize the effect of the skin damage caused by the free radicals. Free radicals harms lipids, proteins, collagen & DNA of the skin.

As people grow old capacity of the skin to fight with the effects of these free radical tends to decrease. Revaleskin can be very helpful under these conditions as it has clinically proved to take care of the free radicals even at old age. It also helps to improve the texture & tone of the skin.
