So the sun is won in summer huh! All of us know very well that it is bad for our skin if we expose our unprotected skin in sun because the outer layer of skin is inflamed by the UV rays and affect of those rays are hot and warm.
Sunburn’s intensity can vary from slightly hot to fever, chill and headache. But sunburn need proper care which help in healing process.
Here are some tips for soothing sunburn which make your life easier, smarter, better and faster.
- The best way is to wear protective clothes in summer which are helpful in protecting you against pain of sunburn.
- Apply Aloe Vera gel (which is found in Aloe Vera plant) on sunburn skin to sooth and heal it up.
- You have to drink plenty of water. This will help to rehydrate your body and skin as well.
- You can also put some milk or baking ode on cloth and apply it on sunburn skin it will provide you relief from pain of sunburn.
- Take one cup of Epsom salt and boiling water mix them well. Then put this mixture into a lukewarm bath.
