Beauty Without Make-Up

There are certain things and expressions whose form and relationship tend to raise confusion about their distinct meanings. Some people are confused of the words beauty and make-up. Some people take make-up as element of beauty, while some say, make-up modernizes beauty. But as their spelling and pronunciations are different, so is their meaning. Beauty is natural, God's gift, while make-up is artificially attached to beauty. In all, beauty is the combination of qualities that give pleasure to the sense, while make-up is cosmetics used especially by women to make themselves more attractive just like the actors. In other way around make-up can also mean telling God, that, He made mistakes in creating me to be what I am. It also entails making God look ridiculous and unwise because, after the creation of the earth, God saw that all He made was good and beautiful and that He created us in His own image and likeness, so, does God looks ugly? God is the potter; we human are the clay, whatsoever shape or size that pleases Him, which we must be without question or objection. If God saw that what He made is good, what then is the need of unnecessary attachments, does it give God glory?

Beauty can also be pretty, splendor, loveliness is up hill and down dale enough for man. It became life when God visited the vacuum earth with populace. God saw that there is need for Him to take pleasure in the things He created, and then He inputted beauty, to the plants and flowers He made the petals, beautiful feathers to the birds and some important organs to the mammal, like the ear, eye, nose and mouth etc. Beauty is one of the ingredients of life God make in a jiffy, which is a law of the Medes and the Persians i.e. it still remains natural beauty. Beauty does not make one a small fry as irrational human thought, but leads to decency and modesty. We had beauty straight from horse's mouth. We were created with a silver spoon in the mouth. Beauty is all about appreciating the work of God.

Man automatically deviates from God's will by using attachment that makes him look odd. Attachment could be anything that we add to our body without knowing things behind it. God derived pleasure in having communion with man daily, but there are some hindrances that scare God aware from us. God is ever near to us, and ever willing to have us a friend, but there's a veil or a theatrical mask that makes us look insane, which make us unrecognized before God i.e. he cannot have an evil companion. Today we cannot differentiate spirits and human on the street and all over the places where life is found. Modernism has made majority to appear as evil spirit, which time past were liken as masquerade and evil spirits, or even religious gods.

But when we speak of make-up, we are generally referring not to these semi-cosmetics such like creams, soaps, normal powdering stuff etc that people use as medicinal purpose, to moist the skin that is inefficient of producing sebum but the sebaceous gland, for polishing, for shaving and for preventing infection in the body. We shouldn't condemn that a person cannot do things wisely, of his self-will, because most human life today are all emulated by some professional whose lives are outstanding and genuine, the motive of what you do, justifies or condemns the means. But make-up may include some things attached in the ear or nose, which was formerly made for slaves as it origin, those painted in the face or mouth or eye, bleaching the body with some artificially and dressing indecent or sexy etc, with the motive or seducing the opposite sex to lust, and encouraging prostitution in a given nation.

Some reasons why people admire all these attachments called make-up of those mentioned and those not mentioned above could be it's interest in all indoor and, occasionally, certain outdoor leisure or other interesting services. In Nigeria, for instance, commercial institutions that want to advertise their products or to popularize their companies use popular actresses to entertain viewers, and this make some ladies popular and rich, also the movie makers. So people engage in whatsoever that will make them look beautiful, provided they attain the quality needed by employers. And those television authorities in Nigeria make huge profits from those advertisements, which make use of popular junk music and sexy dressing. Some others could still be that, when a young lady is in need or unsatisfied with her resources, in order to add more wealth, she may decide to look for something to make herself attractive, so that men may lust over her and the same time pay her for the services she might render. Also after a young girl might have watch movies and programs from the television and seeing how respected and regarded were the girls that look attractive, she also will like to emulate the prostitute in the television, for young men to respect and have regard for her. Inasmuch, make-up has made some people full time businessmen and women. Some people desire make-up because they believe that when a woman is attractive, she gets the attentions of a big fish (wealthy men), which are in need of a housewife. But there are consequences for such decision. Finally, make-up is the devils instrument to lure reputable men and believers to sin, that's why he sponsors its production, so that unable people can have it too.

Make-up has caused some problems or has it own consequences to anyone that has it and those that promote it. Let's discuss prostitution that crop up by human greed. Prostitution that is turning to a norm in the world is attracting some dangers. The human ark virus; is human immunity virus in caused by high rate of prostitution. In Nigeria, this disease came to be, when those harlots from abroad migrated to Nigeria being pregnant of the virus. Many homes are broken, many youth's future is mad, and intellectuals die everyday, because of he seed inside prostitution, which is promoted by make-up and make-down if there's any word like that. Also many leaders take decisions that influence the nation negatively because of the bait on their bed.
