How To Get Rid Of Pimples - Natural Acne Treatment

Pimples are caused by a blockage of your pores. These blockages create a buildup of oil and toxins, which your body tries to fight off, making them red and sore. The main causes of acne pimples are hormones, dirt, dust, and pollution.

Pollution and airborne debris accumulate on the skin surface, and enter your pores. Mixing with skin oils, these contaminants clog your pores, causing pimples. These blockages generally become more severe around puberty because of the changes in how your body fights foreign objects. Stress is also a major contributor to acne by limiting your immune system's ability to clear out bacteria from the skin.

Pimples are common among teenagers. For people who get pimples and have sensitive or oily skin, it is really necessary for people who have oily skin to wash their skin properly and use an exfoliate or masque to clear dead skin and debris and absorb excess oil.

Exfoliates are one of the most important products to help clear acne. A good exfoliating scrub using sugar or salt as its base will remove dry, damaged skin which can clog pores and cause pimples or acne. Scrubbing away the top dead layer of skin allows the pores to push out dirt and oil, and cleansers to penetrate deep into the pore.

Clay or Sulfur Masques can do wonders on oily skin. This is by far one of the best solutions for oily skin and acne problems. When clay masques dry they stretch the skin, opening up your pores. The clay absorbs and extracts the majority of oil and grease, along with any bacteria or dirt. Natural clay masques are recommended to prevent excess drying and skin damage caused by harsh surfactants or chemicals found in other masques.

Astringent Cleansers can be used after a masque or exfoliating to take advantage of the exposed, open pores. Tea Tree oil is an excellent astringent. Just as it's used in clarifying shampoos to remove oils and contaminants from your hair, it is also very effective at removing dirt and oil from skin pores.

These are just a few tips to treating acne and pimples. If you have problem skin, you should seek a solution quickly to prevent further buildup and spreading of oily acne problems. Natural products are always the best choice
