I am always fascinated with how flawless and glowing are the skin of almost all Chinese women. They seem to have very white and supple skin. While other races are also blessed with white complexion, the Chinese are among those who have radiant and healthy looking skin. I don’t know if you think the same way as I do. But regardless of how you think, let me share with you some of the natural beauty tips that I have discovered from the Chinese women I have met when I had a vacation in China.
One thing I found out is that Chinese have a very unique beauty regimen. While I am aware that we may not be used to these regimen as regimens vary across continents and races, I suggest that we give these beauty tricks a try. We might be surprised because they might just work for us too!
The belief that white is gorgeous and right has been strongly embedded into the Chinese culture. Being white in China is a sign or prominence and fame. There are so many cultures that share this kind of belief. To achieve their fair complexion, Chinese use natural beauty products that keeps them maintain their white skin. If you are not one of those lucky people who are endowed with natural fair skin, you can use products that promise to give you porcelain Chinese-like skin. Be careful when you are picking the products to use because there are many which are not really that effective. And go for achieving a pinkish-white skin and not the pale white skin as you would look like a walking zombie in this case.
Chinese trust in traditional medicine to produce effective results in their beauty regimen. They normally do not use products which they are not familiar with. In fact, they use home-grown remedies for almost anything including remedies for skin problems. The trust of the Chinese to home-grown remedies makes them more discerning when they choose products to include in their beauty regimen. You can also apply this principle by making sure that the products you select for your beauty regimen are not harmful for your skin and would produce any negative effects. Do not use a product just because everybody seems to be using it. Always consider what suits your skin type and be mindful of the ingredients and substances that the product contains.
We always see Chinese sipping on tea. Chinese restaurants serve them all the time. What is it with tea? Actually, Chinese sip on white tea to be specific. This is a kind of tea that helps the body’s immune system fight off dangerous bacteria that causes infection and viruses. It is considered as the best beauty-boosting drink. So the next time you are considering to have tea, make white tea first on your options.
When your current beauty regimen is not working very well for you, try the Chinese unique beauty practices. Do it the Chinese way and you might be so much happier with the effects.
