The Company

Jane is a cosmetics company. We have over 250 shades of color for your face, cheeks, lips, eyes and nails, to help you look any way you want.

Jane's philosophy is to learn to see the positive. Experiment! Have fun! Bring out your own individuality. Jane makeup goes on beautifully and lasts. Jane brushes and applicators make it easy to sweep color on and be done. Remember - whether your eyes are blue or brown... or your hair is black or blonde or bright green... whether you've got a zillion freckles or a giant nose, there's something interesting and pretty about you. You're still a Jane girl and all Jane girls are cool. That's why we say THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A PLAIN JANE!

So don't fuss over every little flaw. Learn to see the positive. Dab on some blush. Sweep on a new shade of lipstick. If it doesn't work, wash it off and try something else!

The History

When we began our company back in 1994, we started thinking about who would best represent young and college-aged women. We thought of Jane from the Tarzan stories. She was a smart, independent person. She spoke her mind and could deal with anything. We went out and asked girls about Jane and realized that she was someone they could connect with. Jane represents every girl.
