2. The sun ages your skin prematurely so make sure you cover yourself when stepping out of the house. Reversing sun damage is extremely difficult, it's best to avoid it in the first place.
3. Perform facial exfoliation with a mild exfoliant. Gently massage the skin after washing it with luke warm water. It will rid you off the dead skin cells on the outer layer of the skin.
4. Watch what you eat. Avoid intake of too much caffeine in the form of tea, coffee and cola drinks. Restrict fat intake-it clogs pores, leading to skin breakouts.
5. Instead of taking vitamin supplements, eat right to get them the healthy way. Vitamin C limits damage from sun exposure and can be found in generous quantities in fruit and veggies. Supplements are an add-on, not first choice.
