1. Proper Cleansing
Simplicity is the best. You can use any good cleanser to cleanse your skin. There is no need to buy any extraordinary cleanser to wash your face. There is need to avoid bar soaps as they tend to dry out skin which can lead to rashes. Cleansing more often is not recommended. Cleansing once in the night is good for a healthy skin. Try to use normal temperature water as too hot or too cold water can hurt the skin.
2. Exfoliate
Exfoliation is one of the important steps in keeping your skin healthy. Most people skip this step although it makes a difference. It is healthy to add exfoliation in your weekly routine. There are several ways to exfoliate skin but most importantly microdermabrasion. Scrubs could be used to exfoliate skin. Scrubs main purpose is to clear the dead cell layer on the top of your skin which dulls your complexion. Make sure that you use a scrub with tiny grains as the cheap scrubs can harm your skin. Mostly cheap scrubs have big grains. So avoid them.
3. Moisturize
Moisturizer is the too important for skin. Many famous dermatologists recommend moisturizers in order to keep the skin healthy. The amount of moisturizing depends on your skin. If it’s too tight then there is need to moisturize. Be careful, over moisturizing can clog the pores.
