Exercise the pectoral muscles by doing the fly exercise. Lie on your back on the floor or on a bench. Hold a light dumbbell in each hand for resistance and stretch out your arms next to your body as if to form a "T." Face the palms upward. Inhale before raising your arms up in a "V" shape and exhale on the exertion. Lower your arms back to their starting position. Repeat the exercise up to 15 times and perform as many sets as your fitness level allows.
